POLICY.

Custom Orders. 

Orders can be placed via our website or by contacting our team directly at hello@bked.com.au. Full payment is required to secure your collection/ delivery date. Collection spots are limited! If the date you require is unavailable, unfortunately, we are not able to accomodate extra orders.

 

Local Pickup.

Pick up Location is Rochedale, QLD, 4123. Full address will be provided on confirmation of order. Collection availability is limited to Saturday and Sunday morning 7am - 9am strictly. 

While we take the utmost care in ensuring the safe transportation of your cake, once it leaves our premises, BKED. is not liable for any damage or mishandling during transit.

Customers are responsible for transporting cakes in a flat, secure space, such as the floor of the passenger seat of a car. Cakes should be kept level and transported with air conditioning (preferably the foot function) on to prevent any shifting or damage.

 

Creative Control. 

BKED. reserves the right to exercise creative control over the design of custom cakes and cupcakes. While we welcome input and inspiration, the final artistic decisions rest with us. We will not directly replicate another artists work.

Please be aware that each BKED. cake and cupcake is handcrafted, resulting in slight variations in colour, design, and decoration. These differences contribute to the uniqueness of your custom creation and are not considered defects.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to our baking schedule. 

We understand plans change, however any changes to orders must be communicated at least three days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. We are not be able to accommodate last-minute alterations due to our baking schedule. 

To make a change, please call or email hello@bked.com.au using "URGENT CHANGE" in the subject.

For customised or large-scale orders, cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. Note that corporate or large-scale orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. 

 

BKED. will take every measure to ensure customisations are correct at time of order. 

For pre-designed cupcake, cake and custom orders, full payment is required at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed.

Corporate or large-scale orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 5 business days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Custom orders can be delivered, at an additional fee, within the Brisbane City / Logan City / Gold Coast regions, subject to availability. 

 

Returns.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order is collected. BKED. is not responsible for damages caused during transit or improper storage.

 

Allergies.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform BKED. of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our kitchen.

 

Order Time.

Custom orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance. Where a custom acrylic cake topper/ cake charm or cupcake charm is also required, please note these orders must be placed 3 weeks in advance.
