Can I customise the design of my cake or cupcakes?

Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Whether it's a specific theme, colour scheme, or personalised message, we're here to create a custom masterpiece just for you. Contact us to discuss your customisation preferences via the enquiry form.

 

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate allergies at this time. All cakes and cupcakes are made in our licensed home kitchen. Although all care is taken to ensure a clean and sanitised environment, allergens pass through every day and we cannot guarantee 100% safety. 

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

To ensure we can accommodate your request and provide the freshest treats possible, we recommend placing your order at least 2 Weeks in advance. However, for custom or large-scale orders, contacting us 3 weeks prior will allow us to plan and execute your vision seamlessly.

What is your policy for pickup and delivery?

Pickup is available at our south of Brisbane location on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 7am and 9am strictly. We also offer delivery within the area for corporate orders at an additional fee. Please note that delivery slots may be limited, so it's best to schedule in advance. Contact us for more information on pickup and delivery options.

 

How should I store my cakes and cupcakes before serving?

For optimal freshness, store your cakes and cupcakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended for all orders. Remove your cake or cupcakes from the fridge 30 mins - 1 hr prior to serving for best texture. Our team will provide specific storage instructions when you pick up or receive your order.

Can I order a cake or cupcakes for same-day pickup or delivery?

While we strive to accommodate our customers' needs, same-day orders are not available as BKED. is a passion project. Fun fact: My day job is in Tech Recruitment! 

Do you offer cake tasting sessions?

We understand that choosing the right flavour is essential. While we do not offer tasting sessions, you can contact us to order a tasting box and experience the delicious options BKED. has to offer firsthand.
